Tundra Supreme Barbecue Grill Cover, X-Large, 70" (Tundra #20154)

I just received this cover from my Weber Genesis S-435 (around 2019 model). The Weber cover I had appeared to still be in good condition EXCEPT this winter, the cover was always frozen to the top of the grille lid. After research, I chose this product. I inspected the seam first and noticed a small area where the stitch went off the fabrics hem but it was still good and the seam is double stitched so the other stitch is holding well. THE FIT: The width and depth of this Tundra cover fits the Weber S-435 or _E-435 4 burner lid perfectly. The cover width at the shelves is about 7” wider than the BBQ (3-1/2” per side) The length however is too long. It is skimming the ground/deck. Even in the middle is skimming the ground so the fact the cover width is wider at the sides where the side shelves are is not the reason it is too long. What will occur is any snow/ice will freeze the cover at the bottom preventing me from lifting the cover off to use the BBQ. It needs to be about 10” or 40cm shorter similar to the Weber cover. The thickness of the fabric and the fabric itself appears to be of good quality. The side vents sound like a good idea and will see if it works as intended. Either way the vents do not in any way harm the construction or high quality of this cover. It would be perfect if is was shorter.

Nice thick vinyl like waterproof outer layer and polyester inner lining. Doesn't fade like cheaper fabric covers (you know the ones that fade from black to a faint purple brown). Had it for 2 winters and one and a half summers so far and it isn't showing signs of wear and tear or damage from the elements. I probably could have gotten something cheaper from amazon, but I doubt the quality would be as good as this, and I haven't seen any with the two grab handles, the heavy duty buckles for the cinch straps, and the contrast stitching.

All of the previous BBQ covers I have tried were made from a material that is not durable and does not make it well through the winter. This cover is legit. Very durable feeling. I am confident that it will last, as have my outdoor furniture covers from Outdoorcovers. I am please with their products, will order again from them, and am happy to support a Canadian company.

This cover not only looks beautiful but give you the confidence to know that the elements will not damage you BBQ.

I had purchased a new Weber Genesis II BBQ in June 2021. I wasn't impressed with OEM covers of any manufacturer or other after market options. Until I found Outdoor Covers. I've waited one year to do this review as I wanted the cover to go through all 4 seasons. Right out of the box I was impressed. Solid exterior, strong yet flexible interior lining and 2 handles which I didn't expect. And it fits the Genesis BBQ perfectly. The cover just looked and felt of quality and it has not disappointed.
