Shipping & Returns
We strive for expedient order processing and under usual circumstances try to ship products within 2 business days. Products purchased under "Pre-Order" condition have specified expected delivery date which is the date we expect to have stock available to ship.
Outdoor Covers Canada reserves the right to decline orders. All orders are not binding until Outdoor Covers Canada accepts the order, and orders will only be shipped when payment has been received.
We can ship to almost any address in Canada. (remote locations excluded)
We also ship to most locations in the continental USA upon special request.
When you place an order, we will calculate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your location. Most shipping will occur via Canada Post Expedited. Courrier shipments such as Purolator and other options may also available. Shipping options and prices can be verfied by "calculating" shipping estimate in your "shopping basket".
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and cube based. Flat rates are nominal and configured only for partial cost recovery.
All returns must be authorized. Contact us at email@example.com with your request along with reason for return.
You may return new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product price. If product is opened or tried for size it must be returned in new condition, folded and re-packaged in the original packaging for a full refund of the product price. (excludes any outbound shipping cost) Beyond 30 days return authorization will determined on validity and a re-stocking charge may apply.
CLEARANCE items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If not result of error, please pre-pay return shipping. CODs will not be accepted.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
To exchange a product for another a return request and new order submission will be required. All exchanges have to be approved by Outdoor Covers Canada, and we reserve the right to decline a request for exchange. As with returns, exchanged products must be in original condition in original packaging.
Custom covers are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
