Warranty
Variations
While we strive to provide equal and consistent product at all times, due to manufacturing variance, changing techniques and materials, our products may occasionally experience minor fluctuations in materials, colour and finished product. Products might also vary from original images. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue products as a natural course of business over time. As such we may or may not be able to offer the identical products at times.
Warranty
This warranty is granted by Outdoor Covers Canada Inc. and applies in Canada only. Products sold as clearance or final sale items are specified as sold "as is" and not subject to any warranty.
Your Outdoor Covers Canada Inc. product is guaranteed for 1 year (unless otherwise stated) from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. If found to be defective within the warranty period, your Outdoor Covers Canada Inc. product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
This warranty does not cover routine cleaning and maintenance, or damage resulting from the failure to maintain the product.
This warranty also does not cover ordinary wear and tear arising from use of the product, or damage that may arise from accidental or intentional misuse or abuse, alteration or customization, or repair by unauthorized persons.
As fabrics will fade under UV exposure over time, our warranty does not cover fading or consequential deterioration from weather and UV damage.
This warranty also does not cover damage or loss from extreme weather circumstances or acts of nature.
Except as provided herein, and to the extent permitted by law, Outdoor Covers Canada Inc. makes no other warranties, express or implied, and Outdoor Covers Canada Inc specifically excludes warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Outdoor Covers Canada Inc. liability under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the product and shall not be responsible under this warranty for any damages and/or incidental or consequential damages, whether or not foreseeable.
Some products may be out of production or may be unable to be repaired. In that circumstance, Outdoor Covers Canada Inc. reserves the right to substitute a product of comparable value and style.
For service under this warranty, please return your product, prepaid, to Outdoor Covers Canada Inc, along with a copy of the original receipt. Outdoor Covers Canada Inc. will repair or replace it and return it to you at no charge.
Warrantee claims that extend 2/3 into the warrantee period will be prorated for the final 1/3 at a 50% value. As such, customers will be extended a new replacement cover for a 50% discount. Proof of purchase and defect required.
Products purchased from "Auction" or Liquidation" houses have no warrantee from Outdoor Covers Canada Inc. We are also not responsible for information or claims by any third-party website or sites with links to outdoorcovers.ca.
Outdoor Covers Canada Inc. reserves the right to change or modify warranties from time to time without notice.
