One of the items I ordered had an oil stain. When reported to vendor, they were more than accommodating. They arranged for pick up of product, and repaired item in a very reasonable time. Leo left me totally satisfied with his level of attention to the issue.

We ordered the custom covers when we realized the standard covers would be too big for our outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, I gave the wrong dimensions and the custom orders on our 5 lounge chairs arrived and were very loose with excess material laying on the ground. I spoke with Leo and he was able to have the covers altered and provided very clear directions with photos of my chairs to indicate the specific areas to remeasure. I shipped them back to him at my cost and they were repaired within two weeks with only a minor alteration cost. The best news is they arrived before the first snowfall so all the furniture is snugly enveloped in high quality weatherproof custom fitted covers. Excellent customer service and a quality product. Really pleased with these covers.

I needed a custom sized cover for a custom wood smoker I built. The smoker had an awkward chimney on the one side in which the designer worked with me diligently to ensure that the cover fit and would have some extra strength. There was a significant effort put in up front to ensure the cover fit. The fabrication seemed to be quick and the shipping was spot on. Once I opened the package I tested the material under a full flowing faucet and it was fully water proof. I'm happy overall and would recommend outdoor covers to family and friends, Jesse
