Slicker luxury quality, solution dyed marine grade fabric with exclusive TriTex provides three layers of protection for weather, water repellance and furniture scuff protection.
The UV treated outer layer is fade resistant, water repellent and provides long lasting protection from sun. The innermost layer is a soft material that will protect your furniture from scuffs. In between is a breathable membrane that further enhances the water repellency.
Slicker covers are designed to withstand sun and rain for excellent seasonal protection. NOTE: While Slicker covers are highly water repellant, it is important to keep covers tented to prevent water pooling and possible water penetration. These covers will protect well in normal weather conditions, but excessive saturation from heavy rains and melting snow might allow some water permeation. Slicker covers will not freeze up in winter conditions but we do recommend usage of tarps to protect covers and furniture during winters.

Slicker sectional cover
This is the only reasonably priced sectional cover that I could find that is waterproof. Most others are advertised as water resistant, and the reviews on those other brands back up that they are not waterproof. We have only had this for a few weeks, but already after many spring rain showers the water pools but does not soak through. The corner clips also prevented it from blowing away in a strong wind storm. Fabric is heavy with a soft interior, seems to be of high quality and I hope it lasts many years. I plan to leave it out all winter. Our sectional is about 10" shorter on both sides, but it still fits pretty good - I think the extra material will allow snow to pile up without causing stress points. I would highly recommend the Slicker.

Our box sectional was a little deeper than most so the 35in was perfect. Its a nice heavy duty cover and arrived quickly. I recommend.

The cover is very heavy-duty, but lightweight. It was a standard size that worked perfectly on my sectional. It has worked well in both a rain storm and snow storm. The quality is obvious. We are very pleased with the purchase!
